Flex & Flow Power Yoga

This power vinyasa class will challenge your mind and your muscles as you flow through poses designed to fire up your core and build strength. Focus only on your breath and your body as you dedicate an entire hour to transforming yourself from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling powerful, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Flex and Roll

Using foam rollers, this class aims to get into recovery and mobility work by rolling muscle and connective tissue, elongating tissue fibers, and preserving and increasing range of motion. Foam rolling can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation. It can be an effective tool before or after exercise, or on a non-exercise recovery day.

Gentle Flow and Let Go

Life is busy; reward your body and mind for all their hard work in a soothing gentle yoga class. Focus on stretching and lengthening in a slower series of postures while you reboot your mind and gently stretch any soreness away.


Using props like foam rollers and balls, this class seeks to maintain and increase range of motion in your joints.  Your instructor will guide you through PNF stretching, myofascial release, gentle yoga postures, physical therapy exercises, and functional range work suitable for all levels.


When TRX meets yoga! This TRX certified and proprietary class is a blend of gravity resistance training and movement with the balance, coordination, flexibility, and mindfulness of yoga sequencing and postures.
 Barre socks required. Open to all levels, no previous experience necessary. Bring your own mat. Mats available for rental pending availability.
