With the County order announced today to shelter-in-place, it is with a heavy heart we announce the studio will be closed through April 7th. We hope you all find some time each day to breathe deeply, roll your neck and shoulders, maybe do a few squats or living room pushups. Although we are sad we won’t get to see your beautiful faces in the studio, we look forward to being one of your best resources for wellness – just from a little farther away.
