Hi there FlexFam! 

Yoga has been a huge part of my life since I started practicing to supplement my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice. 

I am a 200hr RYT under Cindy Walker and Linda McGrath. Through my yoga journey, I’ve always been more gravitated to the more softer styles of yoga such as gentle vinyasa, yin, and restorative. But I’m still a sucker for trying to learn arm balances and working towards my goal of doing a handstand one day.

I love teaching delicious restorative classes and gentle slow flows. You’ll find that my classes are very calming, bringing your mind and body to an ultimate state of relaxation. Each class begins with meditation and moves at a gentle pace to ensure the utmost benefit of each pose.

When I’m off my mat, you can find me at the gym, playing with my long haired chihuahua, or organizing my house using the KonMarie Method. Warm hugs!
