Come join us for a free community class!

For each class, please bring a yoga mat (we will have a few available for borrowing, depending on availability), a water bottle, and wear comfortable fitness attire that lets you move.

Spring into fitness with a free class, stay for an optional studio tour and info session and receive an extra free class credit!

Sunday, April 30th, 11AM: Join us for Barefoot HIIT, an interval training class that uses Pilates and other bodyweight movements like squats, pushups, crunches, and burpees to tone and build strength, especially in the core.  Expect 45-minutes of a high-intensity, low impact workout suitable for all levels.
