Flex & Flow Yoga

This hatha flow class will challenge your mind and your muscles as you mindfully flow through poses with an emphasis on alignment and breathing. Focus only on your breath and your body as you dedicate an entire hour to transforming yourself from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling powerful, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Power Flow Yoga

This class is a challenging 60-minute power vinyasa flow that matches breath to movement, flowing through a warmup and sun salutations before moving to longer holds in standing warrior poses. We finish off with seated and supine stretching and twisting as we wind down to a delicious savasana.

Flex & Flow Foundations

This class is a slow flow, holding postures long enough to really delve deep into alignment cues and breathwork. Even if you’ve been doing yoga for years, you will find yourself improving your practice with this class, and you’ll notice your movements becoming more precise, your breath more synchronous, and your strength increasing. Hatha yoga is the foundational base for many other styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini, and vinyasa.

Gentle Flow and Let Go

Life is busy; reward your body and mind for all their hard work in a soothing gentle yoga class. Focus on stretching and lengthening in a slower series of postures while you reboot your mind and gently stretch any soreness away.


When TRX meets yoga! This TRX certified and proprietary class is a blend of gravity resistance training and movement with the balance, coordination, flexibility, and mindfulness of yoga sequencing and postures.
 Barre socks required. Open to all levels, no previous experience necessary. Bring your own mat. Mats available for rental pending availability.

Flex and Roll

Using foam rollers, this class aims to get into recovery and mobility work by rolling muscle and connective tissue, elongating tissue fibers, and preserving and increasing range of motion. Foam rolling can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation. It can be an effective tool before or after exercise, or on a non-exercise recovery day.

Flex 26

Based on the hot 26 series of poses originally coordinated by Bikram Choudhury, this class focuses on standing balance poses, twists, and backbends. Sequence is the same from class to class, with the same 26 poses in the same order, plus pranayama breathing exercises. Each practice begins with the breath, with each pose preparing the body for the next, allowing practitioners to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a sweat towel.


Using props like foam rollers and balls, this class seeks to maintain and increase range of motion in your joints.  Your instructor will guide you through PNF stretching, myofascial release, gentle yoga postures, physical therapy exercises, and functional range work suitable for all levels.
