Hello! I’m Ryann, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, sports nutritionist, and fitness enthusiast. I found yoga in the midst of dealing with my own personal health crisis that led me to rock bottom in my life. At the time, I found yoga to be my only outlet for moving through pain and towards healing within my body and mind. After bearing witness to the powerful ways that yoga transformed my health and wellbeing, I decided to embark on a teacher training so I could learn the tools and techniques to share this gift with other souls. 

My approach to teaching is rooted in creating an inclusive space where students of all levels can explore their practice, cultivate mindfulness and nurture their mind-body connection. With a background as a former Division 1 volleyball player, I have always had a deep love for movement and the ways it can positively impact our physical and mental well-being. I find true purpose in helping others discover the transformative power of yoga and movement, and leading them on a journey of self-care, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.

In addition to yoga, I am an avid lover of the outdoors. Living in Santa Cruz, I find solace and inspiration in the beauty of the beach, the serenity of hiking trails, and the joy of surfing. I am thrilled to be part of the Flex Fusion community, and I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga, fitness, and mindful living with others.
