I have been drawn to physical movement the moment my parents placed me in swimming lesson at the age of 3. Ever since then, I continued to be a competitive swimmer throughout middle school and high school. I discovered yoga when I was in my second year at University of California, Davis and was intrigued by the healing power and amazing energy that yoga has brought to my life.
I love working with women throughout the different stages of her life and that passion has turned my focus into learning pre-natal and post-natal yoga with Jane Austin after completing my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification with Yoga Tree in San Francisco.
I believe that I am forever a student of my students and I will continue to self-educate to better serve the community. Off the mat, you can find me hiking all over the Bay area and reading a new yoga philosophy book every week.
