Barre Basics

First barre class or new to Flex? This is a great place to start. In this class, you’ll find a slightly slower pace but still enjoy a great full body workout. Your teacher will take more time on the set ups and break down the exercises and terminology to help you get the most out of every class. This is a great time to ask questions and really dig in. You’ll be a barre star in no time.

Dance Fusion

Dance Fusion is a cardio dance class using only your body weight and mixing functional moves such as squats, lunges and jumps for a fun cardio workout. Think Zumba meets bootcamp! No dance experience necessary, let loose, have fun, make some new friends and let your sassy self shine through!

Hybrid Express Barre

Short on time but not on motivation? This 50-minute express class will cover the same great exercises as iso and barre burn classes, but with faster transitions and new combinations. Your teacher will give you cardio options to lift your heart rate or you can keep it Isometric and shake all over! *Not recommended for beginners.

Barefoot HIIT

This interval training class uses bodyweight movements like squats, pushups, crunches, and burpees to tone and build strength, especially in the core.  Expect 45-minutes of a high-intensity, low impact workout suitable for all levels.

Barre Burn

Our signature barre class! Combine sculpting barre with interval style sweat-inducing cardio bursts in this high energy, fat burning class. This amped-up barre class is will boost your heart rate and keep you burning calories long after the last lunge. It’s your all-inclusive calorie burning, body sculpting work out! *Full ROM included, jumping optional.

Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy class challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
