Hi FlexFam! I am a longtime fitness enthusiast with beginnings
in ballet and dance. A professional dancer for many years, I have decades
of cross-discipline movement training in yoga, bodybuilding, distance
running, CrossFit, hot Pilates, pole fitness and aerial arts.
From Chinese acrobatics to CrossFit or stand-up paddle boarding, I am
always wanting to physically challenge myself and learn new skills, and I
love to inspire others to work toward their true potential.
I hold a B.A. in English and a B.A. in philosophy, both from San Jose
State University. I am a Yoga Alliance ERYT-200 also
trained in Inferno Hot Pilates and Remedy barre fitness. I hold current
certifications in group fitness instruction from the American Council on
Exercise, and CPR/First Aid/AED certificate from the American Heart
Association. I’m also a mobility specialist certified in Functional Range Conditioning.
