Hi FlexFam!  I am a longtime fitness enthusiast with beginnings in ballet and dance.  A professional dancer for many years, I have decades of cross-discipline movement training in yoga, bodybuilding, distance running, CrossFit, hot Pilates, pole fitness and aerial arts. From Chinese acrobatics to CrossFit or stand-up paddle boarding, I am always wanting to physically challenge myself and learn new skills, and I love to inspire others to work toward their true potential. One of my absolute favorite things about being a fitness professional is helping clients hit their goals, watching them build strength, endurance, and self-confidence. For many clients, the journey is a life-changing experience that I am so honored to be part of. I hold a B.A. in English and a B.A. in philosophy, both from San Jose
